Suniti Chandra Mishra

Indumukhi Publications is headed by a visionary man and writer, Suniti Chandra Mishra. He has been involved in writing poems, novels, stories and other useful books since his early youth. After graduating from Mithila University (India), he adopted a career as a language teacher and served at L.P. Mehta High School and Lohiya Nagar Mount Carmel School (Patna) and, later, as Vice Principal of Indian School of which he was also a founder member. He further served as Office Secretary of the Continental Board of Counsellors in Asia (Gwalior office). He also served on the Translation & Review Committee of the National Spiritual Assembly of the Baha’is of India and translated a number of books including the Most Holy Book of the Baha’i Faith (by Baha’u’llah), Covenant (by Lowell Johnson), The Bab – The Herald of the Day of Days (H.M. Balyuji) among others.

Mr. Mishra is presently collaborating with a number of reputed translation agencies of India and abroad as a freelance writer and translator and has served in that capacity scores of international clients and companies of Australia, Canada, India, UK and USA.  His books “Did I Exist Before ....?” published by Pustak Mahal (www.pustakmahal.com) and “A Writer’s Manual” published by V&S Publishers, New Delhi, are wonderful books carving out a niche in the market. A number of his eBooks are also available on SMASHWORDS, a prominent eBook site (https://www.smashwords.com/books/search?query=suniti+chandra+mishra)and on Amazon Kindle. Founded in the memory of his loving mother, (late) Mrs. Indumukhi Mishra, Indumukhi Publications is a dream project of Suniti Chandra Mishra with sole motive to establish a publishing house with the ‘Authors’ in mind. The aim is to provide an easy-to-access, affordable and author-friendly platform which the budding writers can rely for publishing their books and reap the maximum benefit from the sale of their books. A publisher connects the authors with their readers and this process surely involves investments, marketing, teamwork and time. Naturally, therefore, publishers need to make their cost for the time, energy and resources they put; however, it is the author who has put his or her maximum efforts in creating a useful book. He or she has spent many months conceptualizing, researching, finalizing and presenting the book. So, in monetary terms, his or her share in the proceeds of the book must be significantly greater. This is one of the basic concepts on which Indumukhi Publications has been founded. Therefore, if you feel you can write, Indumukhi Publications is there for your help.
